As we have moved into the season of decreased daylight, we can feel like the dark clouds are gathering deep within us. The medical term for these foreboding feelings is Season Affect Disorder. Mild exercise is helpful in keeping us resilient, and committing to self-care is tremendously healthy for the brain. Whether you suffer from S.A.D. or not, please feel free to join me Thursday mornings during the season of extended dark for about a half hour walk to help us get our day off on a good footing.
